These Subscription Terms are formulated to regulate all subscription-based service related behaviors of Facey, a lightweight local AI avatar generation application. This document clearly defines the service rules of paid subscription plans, the usage logic of exclusive subscription coins, billing standards for local AI generation tasks, plan display specifications, expiration mechanisms and other related supplementary terms. All subscription purchasing and usage behaviors conducted by users shall be subject to the clauses stipulated in these subscription terms.
All data processing operations of Facey are completed inside users’ local devices exclusively. All uploaded photos, generated static avatars and animated video files are only stored within the user’s personal local device. Once users actively delete relevant content, the corresponding data will be permanently erased. Under any subscription status and service scenarios, Facey will never obtain, process or store any facial data and facial feature information belonging to users.
1. General Overview
1.1 Term Definition
Facey subscription service refers to the value-added paid service launched for users to obtain exclusive subscription coins and enjoy cost-effective local AI generation privileges. Different from permanent coins purchased separately, subscription coins are exclusive virtual resources attached to valid subscription plans. All local AI computing tasks involved in subscription services are completed by the built-in local AI algorithm of user devices, and Facey does not collect any user facial data during the use of subscription privileges and local generation functions.
1.2 Applicable Crowd
This set of subscription terms applies to all Facey users who choose to purchase periodic paid subscription plans through the iOS in-app purchase channel. Users can voluntarily select corresponding subscription cycles according to personal usage demands. Purchasing any subscription plan means users fully understand and unconditionally accept all clauses of these terms, and the activation and use of subscription services will not require users to authorize private permissions including facial information, and Facey maintains zero collection of user facial data.
2. Generation Billing Standard
2.1 Unified Deduction Standard
Facey cancels the unlimited generation privilege for all subscription plans. All local AI generation tasks adopt a fixed coin deduction standard for all users including subscribed users. Each static avatar generation task and each animated video GIF generation task uniformly consumes one hundred coins per single execution. There is no preferential discount on the single-task coin consumption standard, and all generation behaviors need to consume corresponding virtual coins to be executed normally.
2.2 Dual Coins Deduction Priority
Facey continues to adopt a dual-wallet virtual currency system consisting of subscription coins and permanent coins. To ensure subscribed users can enjoy exclusive subscription benefits, the system sets a fixed deduction priority. When users initiate local static avatar or animated video generation tasks, the system will deduct available subscription coins from the user’s wallet preferentially. Subscription coins will be used up before the system starts to consume user-owned permanent coins for subsequent generation tasks.
3. Subscription Coin Rules
3.1 Subscription Coin Attributes
Subscription coins are exclusive virtual coins only provided for users with active valid subscription plans. Such coins can only be applied to offset the consumption cost of local AI static avatar generation and animated video generation tasks inside Facey. Subscription coins cannot be gifted, transferred, resold or exchanged for physical items, additional permanent coins or other types of value-added services outside the specified usage scope.
3.2 Expiration And Clearing Mechanism
All subscription coins distributed along with purchased plans have a validity period consistent with the user’s corresponding active subscription cycle. Once the user’s subscription plan expires and is not renewed in time, all unused residual subscription coins in the user’s wallet will be automatically and permanently cleared by the local system. Cleared subscription coins cannot be recovered, compensated or accumulated to newly purchased subscription plans.
3.3 Coin Accumulation Restriction
Users cannot accumulate redundant subscription coins across multiple subscription cycles. Unconsumed subscription coins will not be superimposed to the next billing cycle even if users renew the subscription plan before the current plan expires. The newly purchased subscription plan will independently issue a new batch of subscription coins, and the validity period shall be calculated from the effective time of the new plan.
4. Subscription Plan Display Rules
4.1 On-Screen Display Content
After users complete the payment and activation of any subscription plan via iOS in-app purchase, the Facey application will synchronize and display real-time plan data on the dedicated subscription management screen inside the application. The displayed core information includes the current active subscription plan type, remaining valid time of the ongoing plan, accurate expiration timestamp and the real-time remaining quantity of available subscription coins.
4.2 Data Storage Method
All subscription related data including plan status, expiration time and subscription coin balance are only stored in the user’s local mobile device, and no data will be synchronized to external platforms. Users can check and confirm the above information at any time through the exclusive subscription page. All subscription data is independent of user facial information, and Facey never collects facial data when processing subscription data display and deduction logic.
5. Purchase And Renewal Rules
5.1 In-App Purchase Specifications
All subscription plans of Facey are exclusively sold through the official in-app purchase channel provided by App Store for iOS devices. All payment verification, transaction settlement and order recording work are undertaken by the official iOS system. Facey only obtains local activation feedback to deliver subscription coins and corresponding plan privileges, and will not acquire any user payment account information.
5.2 Automatic Renewal Explanation
The automatic renewal function of subscription plans is uniformly managed by the user’s personal App Store account. Users can turn on or turn off the automatic renewal switch at any time in the account subscription management interface. Closing the automatic renewal function will not affect the normal use of the current valid subscription plan and unused subscription coins until the plan officially expires.
6. Refund Rules
6.1 Refund Application Scope
Since subscription plans and attached subscription coins belong to virtual intangible goods, users are not entitled to apply for partial or full refunds for used subscription plans and consumed subscription coins. For unopened and unused subscription plans, all refund applications shall be submitted to the App Store official and reviewed in accordance with the unified refund policy of the iOS platform.
6.2 Refund Subsequent Processing
Once the user’s refund application is approved by the App Store official, the corresponding subscription plan privileges will be terminated immediately, and all unused subscription coins under the terminated plan will be cleared synchronously. Facey will not provide additional compensation of any form for terminated subscription services, and the whole refund review and privilege recycling process does not involve any collection and access of user facial data.
7. Supplementary Provisions
7.1 Term Revision Right
The Facey operation team reserves the right to revise and optimize these subscription terms according to product iteration and service adjustment needs. The updated clauses will be released on the local subscription page of the application and take effect immediately. Continued use of subscription services after the update indicates that users accept the revised terms.
